It depends on which provider is selected. ChangeNOW typically completes within 10–15 minutes. Godex tends to take longer, typically 30–45 minutes from initiation depending on network confirmation times.

What happens if I send the wrong amount?

If a swap fails your coins are returned to your refund address. If no refund address was provided, contact us with your swap ID and we will assist you.
