Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026  ·  Effective immediately

Please read these terms carefully before using JustSwapping. By using this service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About JustSwapping

JustSwapping is an intermediary service that facilitates cryptocurrency swaps by routing transactions through third-party exchange providers, currently ChangeNOW and Godex. JustSwapping does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any point during a swap.

2. Eligibility

By using JustSwapping you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services. You must not use this service if doing so would violate any law or regulation that applies to you.

3. Ownership of funds

By initiating a swap you confirm that the funds you are sending are legally yours, that you are entitled to exchange them, and that they are not derived from any unlawful activity. JustSwapping reserves the right to refuse service if there is reason to believe this is not the case.

4. No KYC — your responsibility

JustSwapping does not require identity verification. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with the laws of your country, including any applicable anti-money laundering or tax obligations.

Notice regarding UK regulatory changes Cryptocurrency exchange regulation in the United Kingdom is evolving. Forthcoming changes to UK financial services law may affect the availability of certain providers — in particular, Godex may become unavailable to UK-based customers in the future. JustSwapping will update these terms and notify users via the website if this affects the service. Where possible, swaps will continue to be routed through available compliant providers.

5. Third-party providers

Swaps are processed by ChangeNOW and Godex. JustSwapping selects the provider offering the best available rate at the time of your swap. By using JustSwapping you also agree to the terms of service of the relevant provider. JustSwapping is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by a third-party provider.

6. Refunds and failed swaps

If a swap fails, your funds will be returned to the refund address you provided. It is strongly recommended that you always provide a refund address. If no refund address was provided and a swap fails, please contact us at contact@justswapping.com with your swap ID and we will do our best to assist. JustSwapping cannot guarantee recovery of funds where no refund address was provided.

7. Accuracy of information

Exchange rates are indicative and subject to change. You are responsible for verifying the deposit address and amount before sending funds. JustSwapping cannot reverse a transaction once funds have been sent to the deposit address.

8. Limitation of liability

JustSwapping provides this service on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustSwapping accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from use of this service, including losses resulting from provider failures, network delays, incorrect addresses, or market movements.

9. Changes to these terms

JustSwapping may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
